Bold thinking, clear strategy, and no-fluff consulting – for companies ready to evolve.
Who’s the Sloth?
The Gluttonous Sloth is the consulting and training alter ego of Martin Kubler – a strategist, trainer, and advisor who helps businesses rethink, refocus, and reset.
I work with startups, SMEs, and independent businesses that are growing, stuck, or somewhere in between. My approach is simple: cut through the noise, uncover what matters, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
What’s Slothing?
I offer a mix of strategic consulting, leadership-focused training, and fractional advisory – designed for businesses that are smart, curious, and serious about change.
Clients don’t always come to me with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes they’re just overwhelmed. Sometimes they know something’s not working – they just don’t know what. That’s exactly where I thrive.
Why “The Gluttonous Sloth”?
Because the world doesn’t need more hyper-hustle, cookie-cutter consultants. It needs more clarity, more curiosity, and more well-timed slowness – the kind that leads to smarter thinking and better decisions.
“I believe in slow where it matters, fast where it counts. In pausing to ask the right questions. In skipping the theatre and delivering real progress.”
What I Believe
- Clarity over complexity
- Strategy over theatre
- Curiosity over convention
- People over process
- Progress over perfection
Who I Am (The Longer Read)
I’m a strategic consultant and trainer with over 30 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
My background blends business, hospitality, branding, customer experience, and organizational development. I’ve trained executive teams, coached startups, and advised family-run companies and global organizations alike.
“In another time and place, I’d have made a great consigliere or grand vizier. Today, I’m a great consultant and advisor instead. It may not have the same ring to it, but the results are much the same.”
